New Creations Construction and Roofing is an independent company that prides itself on the quality of work for the price, specializing in residential, commercial, and rehabs with over 20 years of experience. The business is great to work with, offering prompt quotes and great communication, leaving places clean just like they found them. They did a beautiful job on a soffit replacement, tearing down wrong aluminum nailed to foam board, adding insulation, covering with plywood, and replacing the aluminum. The team got here early, did a nice job, and was great to work with. They are responsive, professional, fair, and flexible, willing to work with customers in a pinch. They were very helpful with home issues, getting somebody out the same day to fix a roof leak and stopping water coming in through the basement quickly. Highly recommended for any kind of work, with customers looking forward to having their crew out for future projects.

Had this company replace soffit on my back porch. Wind damage caused it to buckle. Once soffit was pulled they found all aluminum soffit nailed to foam board, which was wrong to start, no insulation. They tore all of it down, added insulation, covered with plywood and then replaced aluminum soffit. They did a beautiful job and I would have them back for any kind of work on my home. Great guys, excellent service.
