Called them around 8:30 am with my problem and by 1:00 pm tech was in our home. David called to let us know he was on his way. Very knowledgeable and had fixed the problem in an hour. Was honest and upfront with a recommendation about replacing our hot water heater soon. Definitely would recommend and use them again!

The very best! Scott went out of his way to work us into his schedule so that we would not be without heat even though they were short staffed. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding!

The servicemen that came out we're great. They explained all of the problems in a way that I could understand, and also gave me advice about things I could do to stop the problems from reoccurring. The price was fair and they had my furnace working in under an hour! I hope I don't need furnace work again anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be coming back to Hall.Service: Heating system repair
