In 2018, the funeral home became the first in Ohio to offer Aquamation, a water-based cremation method that is gentler for pets and uses less energy than traditional cremation. Mike and the crew were amazing when my Dad passed away. They were kind and understanding and took care of things I didn't want to take care of. Thank you Mike for being there during the most difficult moment of my life.
Krill funeral home was amazing for the death of my son. When I got to Ohio and had no clue how I was going to get this taken care of. Krill ( I'm sorry I don't remember the wonderful man who helped us), was there for me and my family. He gave us extra time to say our goodbyes. The most amazing part was his compassion felt genuine.
I would like to thank Gary Burr, Mike Krill, along with the rest of the staff that assisted in my mothers service/arrangements. You all did a great job even under the COVID-19 circumstances. I would like to mention the incredible job that was done in preparing the body. My mother looked amazing! My daughter and I had not seen my mother since last December. She was supposed to come visit us in just a couple weeks before her sudden death...When my daughter and I approached the casket I asked my daughter “doesn’t Grammy look good?” My four year old replies with “ she looks just as beautiful as last time I saw her”.
