Thank you CHP for taking amazing care of our father while he was in hospice care. Cindy K paid close attention to address all of our questions and concerns. Your heart-felt compassion, experienced insight and personal one-on-one care given to our father was more than we could have asked for. And it means a lot that your staff has continued to check in on us. Thank you CHP for all that you do!
