Had to take the trumpet in for service after the teacher tried to diagnose in the field. They only send items to their service center 1x per week, but they turned a valve issue around quickly once they had a look at it.

I've been here twice and every time the employees are very helpful. They once came through for me in a situation I had with my daughters violin and they went over and beyond to help us.

Andrew, the store manager was incredibly helpful solving a problem I had with one of my drums. He would not accept payment. So kind of him! This was my first visit to this store an now I won’t shop music anywhere else. I gave a shout out to Rettig Music and Andrew at our band’s performance that same night.
