Just gotta say, Rick is an awesome dude! I can tell he definitely cares about his work and his community. He has been extremely helpful with my tower pc power button issues and even when a separate part failed as a result of the original issue (btw this was in no shape or form Ricks fault, it was just byproduct and wear and tear of the original part breaking that lead to this part breaking) he still looked at it and even set something up to make it work again, and he didn't even ask for a dime. Each and every time I have a computer issue RAM online has resolved the problem. This past week my mother board failed on a 10 year old laptop. Rick was able to move everything to my new laptop. I did not lose ANY information, documents or photos. I cannot recommend Rick and RAM Online enough. I wish I could give him 10 Stars. Thank you Rick
