Computer wouldn't boot up. Tried calling other locally advertised places who didn't answer their phone or return my calls. RaM Online answered right away, told me to bring it in and he'd do a free evaluation and he gave me confidence that there was a high probability he could fix it. I dropped it off at the end of the day, received a call from him early the next morning with the diagnosis of a failed hard drive and what my options were- with no pressure to do any of them. Less than 24 hours after dropping it off, I went home with a new solid state hard drive and flawless operation for a very reasonable price. I'd highly recommend him. He also has a great low-key sense of humor, which makes things more pleasant.
