When others refused to get back to me or look at our job because it wasn’t very big, Dennis at Pure Mist was incredibly responsive. Our chimney had years of dirt and soot on the exterior, and with new siding coming soon, we wanted it to look as clean as possible. Dennis was very open that it may not be possible to get it clean, but said he would only charge if he was successful. Well, not only was he successful, but I think the chimney looks better than it did when it was new over 30 years ago.
