Melanie (the owner) was incredibly thorough from start to finish. I reached out for a foreign fill after relocating back to the area from DC, and she took the time to review photos of my existing set and ask detailed questions about my preferences. Her communication was consistent throughout, making sure we were fully aligned on expectations.
