“I am absolutely in love with this place and with the owner. I got my first Brazilian and let me tell you it was a breeze. I was terrified and a baby with pain so I expected it to be tough for me. It was the exact opposite. She used the best products, all natural numbed and calmed me. You can tell she is a pro because of the techniques she used and the very minimal amount of pain I felt. I felt like a new woman afterwards. Completely smooth, no irritation or pain after at all!! I can’t believe I went my entire life without getting this done. I’ll never go back to shaving and I’ll never go ANYWHERE else besides here. She is a master. I booked ahead of time and also made appointments for other services like a diamond microdermabrasion. “THE BEST EYELASH EXTENSIONS!!!!! Gina at Unlock Lashes is hands down the best. The work she done is incredible and unmatched.I was going to The Lash Lounge overpaying for what I was receiving and still wasn’t happy with the results. I decided to check out this place bc it was closer to home and the prices were better than LL.I can tell how passionate Gina is about her work because she is very thorough and takes the time to educate during the process.I made a mistake by going to another lash tech in Cleveland bc it was a bit cheaper but ended up getting chemical burn and just not even close to what I wanted at all. Gina was able to get me in to have them removed quickly. I definitely learned a lesson-paying less for lashes isn’t always a good move. Gina’s prices are absolutely perfect for what she provides-top tier services. I will only book with Gina bc she is the only one that I trust!!“

“You're very much on a haircut production line here. And you definitely get a $10, uneven, choppy, not-exactly-what-you-ask-for haircut for your $10. I guess go if you need buzzcut.*Update*I don't know if it's the quality of the gals doing the haircut, but they've seemed to slow down and take their time a bit. I've been satisfied with my haircuts as of late.“
