Per the recommendation of my long-trusted mechanic (Ron Joyce; owner of Ron's Garage), I met with a salesman named Ravi at the Brunswick AutoMart's Volkswagan lot. Ravi was professional and Great to work with throughout the entire process! He listened to me regarding the type of car & features I was hoping to find, and the level of budget I had to work with, and he made it happen in short time. I purchased two cars here recently. The deals seemed fair. I bought a car for my wife in October of last year. She really wanted that car. I tried to talk her into a bigger one. She refused. In February she decided the one that she chose was too small. So we ended up getting the one that I had first suggested. Thankfully they gave us a decent deal.

After a very poor experience with the finance manager that caused me to walk out on the sale, the GM of sales reached out to me personally to make things right thanks to Ravi, my salesman who pushed for them to correct the experience. Eli, the GM of sales and Barry, who I believe is the GM of finance were incredibly apologetic and gave me an incredible offer to make up for the unprofessionalism that I had experienced earlier in the day.
