I have used Heart of Ohio (Haven) a few times. Each time the service was wonderful! Each Pro that came out was courteous, efficient, & knowledgeable. My most recent experience….. no air! I called 1st thing Monday. I had a rep come out the same day! Problem solved! I recommend Heart of Ohio (Haven).
The technician arrived on time he was polite and knowledgeable. We had him out to repair of thermostat and furnace which were malfunctioning and check our a/c unit. He did both efficiently . We are very pleased with the service
