“I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude. Losing both Norman and Oliver within weeks was incredibly difficult. When it was time to say goodbye to Norman, Dr. Jen's empathy and willingness to explore options meant a lot. It was a heartbreaking decision, but the care he received was comforting.The morning I found Oliver in a seizure was a nightmare. Despite the clinic not being open yet, they took us in without hesitation. The immediate attention to Oliver and the understanding staff made a painful situation a bit more bearable.Financially, I was unable to collect his ashes, but understood he was in good hands. The unexpected package with Oliver's paw prints later on was a touching gesture that meant more than I can express.Even though these experiences were tough, I appreciate the care and support of Dr Jen and Staff. Now, with a new pet in the family, I'm sticking with Ark Animal Clinic. The genuine love you show for animals is evident, and it means a lot.“

“Dr. Pippen is the most amazing vet! I have been going to her for over two decades! I have two rescue dogs and two cats. My one dog had a lot of problems from all the abuse he went through. Dr. Pippen went above and beyond for the 12 years I had him, heloing me figure out what meds he needed every few years. I moved to Chicago a year ago and brought my dog back to have Dr. Pippen be the one to put him to sleep. I just made a trip back this week for my other dog to get his vaccines and check on a growth. I am telling you Dr. Pippen is the most amazing person! She loves each animal as their own! She will guide you to help make the best decision and comfort you when the horribel day comes to put a pet down. Dr. Pippen is worth the 6.5 hr drive! An absolutely amazing vet and person!“

“I was only at North Royalton Animal Hospital one time. Our beloved little chihuahua of 14 years was not doing well. We had taken her to our normal vet on Wednesday and was told by our vet that she was not doing well and she could " drop dead " at any minute. Needless to say I was not going to have this person take care of our furbaby. On Thursday, it was obvious that our baby was not improving with the medication and we took her to North Royalton Animal Hospital. The staff there was amazing and genuine. Dr. Travis and Destiny were wonderful. They treated us with so much understanding and support. Totally opposite of the other experience. We did have to put our precious girl to sleep which was devastating, but Dr. Travis and Destiny remained there to support us and give us all the time we needed. A few days later this wonderful gift came to my door. Our baby's paw prints, some of her fur for a keepsake, the flowers and a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Travis. Just meant the world to us. Thank you again, Dr. Travis and Destiny for taking such wonderful care of our baby. I would also like to thank Judy at the desk for her kindness on the phone. She was very empathetic and understanding when I needed it. Thanks again.. We did receive our baby's ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved on it. Brought tears to our eyes.“

“Came in to get my Cat UTD on shots and get scheduled for a spay, the Vet and assistants were very nice with me, very communitive, and patient with my pet even tho she was a bit “spicy” during the last shot. lol as for the first visit it went well and I will be returning. ?“
