The guy did a fabulous job, I’ll recommend when ever I can…. I was going to have new carpet in the areas he cleaned, .. someone talked me out of it,,… I was a little nervous. But it turned out way far better than I would have imagined… Besides hes an exceptional Human being.. very nice… don’t leave reviews,. So if I’m off subject,,, Sorry…
Glenda worked to set up the appointment and was friendly and courteous. Jessie cleaned the carpeting and got them looking like new. He was able to get some difficult stains out. Stairway to basement came out great!
Pricing was very reasonable and was even adjusted for how quickly he was able to finish the job. Highly recommend A Kleenex Image!
Great all around. Jim was very professional, equipment was state of the art. Glenda was helpful from the get go. From my first e mail inquiry to follow up phone calls and scheduling. She managed to get my appt in before our furniture was moved in to our new place. Jim also took our area rug with him and will return it once we are settled in. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for great service.
