You guys used to be 5 stars in my book. However, when I went to look up your number a few days ago, I was shocked with all the reviews discussing price gouging.
Sure enough, a tech came by the next day. All i wanted was for my furnace's drain pipe to be rerouted from draining outside my garage to draining inside the garage. For that, I was quoted $600.00. WHAT?? He said it would 'only' be $200 if i buy all the materials.
No thank you. I'll do the work myself for $60.

Wife and I have been doing our own maintenance for years on the furnace and AC unit, my sister talked us into doing a maintenance plan with New Comfort, and yes she works for the company. I was skeptical on whether they can do as good a job as I could do, but I guess I was wrong. Jason came out and cleaned and inspected everything in the furnace and the outside AC unit, he even went as far as cleaning the coils and vacuuming up the dust and cobwebs inside the furnace. It even seems like the AC unit outside is quieter than before, Jason was very professional and polite, even though we crack some jokes at my sister's expense.... thanks so much to Jason, Kathy... read full review

I just had my annual maintenance completed. Their office called when the technician was on the way. Upon arrival they were courteous, explained what they were doing & picked up after themselves. I had concerns about aging ductwork in my crawlspace, the technician evaluated the ductwork while there at no additional cost. They may not be the cheapest company but they are the best value!
