Very knowledgeable, efficient, kept me informed. I love the gas logs. Acknowledge a break in one log. Is replacing it. He demonstrated how to use the remote to turn on and off. I'm very pleased. Thanks for a great installed gas logs.

Service was great! The workers were excellent and very polite.They called ahead to let me know about what time they woud arrive.The workers went over everything. Explaining what they were doing and why. Very good company!Thank you,Donna Price

We had great service from Dan! Our gas fireplace in our new to us home hadn’t been inspected or serviced in years. He got it up and running and showed us how to use it and care for it. We mentioned wanting to change out the log for a specific look and he hung around to help us shop for exactly what we needed. Excellent company!
