I see a huge difference in my child & I wanted to give a shout out to Mr. DJ who has been absolutely INCREDIBLE with my son. We’ve tried all types of therapies including behavioral therapy & It is not easy to find anybody who will have the patience to instruct my son & the way they do it leaves me amazed every time I leave. I came in with a boxing background and had little to no experience with kicks, elbows, knees, and the footwork that goes with it. Alan and Alex have helped me improve my skills exponentially in such a short time and are very attentive and willing to help on an individual level with form, technique, or any questions I may have. Every class is challenging and I never leave feeling like I have more to give. The kickboxing classes are cardio and strength based and the Muay Tai classes, while still cardio and strength conducive, offer a chance to improve technique with partner work and sparring. “I am so thankful for this opportunity to connect with the master and Miss Jan my son and I attended a personal appointment here on Saturday it was a bit of a drive for us however it was well worth it my son is been misdiagnosed as an athlete and we've been working to heal him for approximately 12 years his whole life was shut down because of this misdiagnosis and it sent his mental health out of range and just from one day of going my son has opened up he's doing the exercises that he was taught during the time that the master took with him he even was talking about the exercises two days after we attended which is really really good for him he has also trauma in his body that he is suppressed and I just see him opening up from one visit I look forward to our next appointments and thank you for this location thank you for sharing your gifts and your patience and understanding highly recommend!!!!!❤💥“
