My water line was damaged on a Friday when fiber lines were installed in my yard (not the fault of the workers-they were mismarked and completely off) and I had the water department come out to turn it off until an excavator could come out and Lee's name was dropped. I left a message and tried him again the next morning and he said he would normally have guys out right that day but they had been working so much on broken lines due to mismarking that he couldn't have them out til Monday. I completely understood as I had seen his crew out late the night before so i agreed since I knew it was a long shot for anyone else on a weekend. Quality work! I would highly recommend this company. I had them grade and install stone for a shed foundation and remove tree stumps. The men who did the work were conscientious , polite, talented, and respectful of our property. They asked many times if I was satisfied with their work. They truly did care about the job. What a great experience!

On a Saturday around noon we discovered we had no water pressure. The Trumbull County water department turned off our water and gave us Lee’s information. After requesting Lee to come out that day to look at it. He and his son came within 15 minutes, evaluated then hand dug with shovels to find the broken pipe area. Then fixed the broken pipe so within 2 hours we had running water. Now we wished we had taken pictures since the job was done so quickly and professionally. Bonus the bill was much less than we had estimated.
