Regency Construction Services, Inc., a certified Women-Business Enterprise (WBE), was founded in 1994 and is based in Brook Park, Ohio, with an office in Columbus. For 30 years, Regency has delivered Construction Management at Risk, Design-Build, and General Contracting services across Ohio for healthcare, PK-12, higher education, library, nonprofit, park, civic, and commercial sectors. With a team of about 70 employees, Regency offers various project delivery methods and standalone services like cost estimating and scheduling.
