Taylor, Bri and Lily are very nice and professional. I enjoy chatting with them all. They know my name when I walk in the door and have no problem typing my name in the computer system without me having to tell them. Great customer service. The store and beds are always clean. They do a fantastic job of upselling and letting you know what’s going on. Highly recommended this location.

This is a great location!! Taylor was very helpful and informative. She was very patient when explaining all of the different facilities and products available. Also the store is very clean and makes you feel comfortable when visiting. 10/10 will return, as well as recommend to friends and family!!!

Absolutely love the Broadview Heights location! The staff are amazing and so very helpful with knowing which product will suit my skin type, and which level of tan is best for my color expectations. The wellness package is an absolute best for taking self care to the next level!
