They gave my grandson a great haircut. Sad to say mine was not so good. The front looks good. She never showed me the back. When I got home and looked at the back. It was chopped. I am sad. Make sure you know what style you want before you go in.

This is the go-to haircut place for my kids and me. We love their location and space. Stylists are always nice and do a great job. We have worked with Emily and Michelle and several other stylists whose name I can‘t remember. Always a positive experience. Also kudos to Great Clips for developing an easy-to-use online check-in system and sending us coupons.Service: Haircut

There is a closer Great Clips to us but we tried the Broadview Heights one simply because there was no wait time. My 6 year old son typically dislikes haircuts because he says they make him itchy. He told the Great Clips stylist this, and she said she could help by making the neck of his cape tighter and using lots of powder. It worked! On the way home he asked if we could always go to this location because he isn't afraid of haircuts anymore. :-) Mama is happy.
