    After dealing with lower back injuries from high school sports, I was having the hardest time finding a workout that was best for my body. Pilates was my saving grace! The different classes offer a wide variety of challenges that I am able to join at my own pace. With Club Pilates, I am able to enjoy working out again with joyful instructors and positive classmates!

    Over all a very clean studio, even during mandatory masks I never felt uncomfortable.The schedule is not created for the average working person and did not change weekly or monthly for a variety. Majority of the classes i was interested in taking were scheduled during the working hours and if they were offered on the nights or weekends they filled up fast; even with a waitlist there was a slim chance of getting into the class.6am with Cindy was my main time frame and even though 6am start times suck she made it worth it.     The staff and trainers at Club Pilates are absolutely amazing. I have seen a transformation not only in my body but the way I feel. I have learned so much from the fantastic and talented trainers. I look forward to my classes everyday. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable and the time goes by so quickly. I would definitely recommend Club Pilates to all my friends and family!
