I contacted Kings for an emergency situation regarding my septic system. Moving from the city to the county I knew very little about the system however I did understand I had a problem. Kings immediately came to my rescue and after 3 trips to my home within a week they were able to get the system fully functioning including spending time with me to fully explain how the system works and functions. I will continue to use their services for routine maintenance and am so appreciative of their support and assistance! They went the extra mile for me❤

Im writing this review after I called today about a loose breaker in our septic systems control panel. Within 2 hrs it was replaced. Even if they had come out tomorrow or the next day it would have been perfectly reasonable to me, but to come out and rectify the issue in that short of time is extremely impressive. A few weeks beforehand our alarm was going off for the first time. I called in to see if they could walk me through the troubleshooting process on the phone because I had forgotten and instead they sent someone right out to help same day.
