I've been going to Ellen for a few years now and she is the best groomer we have been to. If you want someone who will treat your dog like their own, this is the groomer for you. Yes, she is doing business out of her home basement for now, but this is temporary until her shop is finished. You can't always judge a book by it's cover and I would encourage you to try her out and judge her by what matters most; her work.

Ellen is absolutely amazing! I hadn't taken my dog to a groomer in over 5 years due to the last one deliberately hurting my dog, saying "you're supposed to but the quick on black nails" after she hurt my dog while trimming her nails. I walked out and never went to another groomer. Until I found out about Ellen! My dog is so timid and shy around strangers, but she is totally comfortable with Ellen during the entire grooming process! She even enjoyed spending a full day with her while I was repairing her fenced area out back! Ellen is so gentle, caring and sensitive to her clients' needs. :)

Best groomer ever!! She is great with my girl Akira, I wouldn't take my husky anywhere else !! If you want your dog to have a great experience being groomed make sure you go see Ellen.
