I have been dealing a total voice technologies for right about a year and a half. I am not a computer. I have needed a lot of helpful patients. I have called Mike on several occasions in the middle of the day in the middle of the crisis. He is call me back fairly quickly and every time. He has been calm, patient, encouraging and effective.
