I had a bed bug problem. I didn't know where to start and I was so stressed out about it. The technician was very helpful and knowledgable about my bed bug situation. He was also very professional, personable, and nice. He explained everything that I had to do for him to treat my house. He came 2 weeks later to reinspect and when I got new carpet in my living room, he offered to come again to respray free of charge. Plus the cost of treatment was not too expensive. I would for sure call him again if I had any other pest problems.Service: Bed bug extermination
