Great. Was able to get in and out in a timely manner. The NP was friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have visited this location and will continue to go here when urgent care if needed.
Nurse practitioner Phoebe took a lot of time with me and my 10-month-old baby who was having allergic reaction. She listened to all of my concerns and helped rule out some of the reasons why we thought she was having the reaction. They are always fast and kind and I love that I can check in and wait at home.
Wow! To start, my check-in was quick and easy, and Jen at registration was extremely kind and welcoming. I had no wait time, I was seen less than 2 minutes after checking in. Kelsey, R.T(R) was professional and polite in all her questions, and had a great personality. She made it very comfortable to tell her about my symptoms. Savannah J, PA, was polite and efficient, as well as extremely thorough. She also went the extra mile to make sure my pronouns were correct. I feel like I went in and got exactly what I needed, and had great interactions with staff. The care that these 3 provided, is exactly what you need when you’re not feeling well!
