I cant give it five stars, but for a reason I can understand and sympathize with. I carry a big purse and I usually don't get dolled up to go shopping, so I know I look a little out of place in a beauty store. My last visit was one of the only times I was not followed around by an employee. I have no doubt that they have issues with theft but I think the biggest improvement that can be made would be maybe teach asset protection how to be more low-key or just have more interaction between customers and staff.Beyond that, most of the staff I have met is always friendly, almost always have what I am looking for, plenty of testers available, and people working the sales floor...read full review

The employees are always so friendly and make you feel welcome in the store. The store is always clean and I can always find what I need. Any questions I've had or any time I've needed help I've gotten it. I haven't tried their other services yet but I definitely plan to in the future.
