Staff was great. Assistants were great. Actual dentist didn't seem concerned with the actual reason for my emergency visit and didn't address it.It wasn't the regular doctor. Everything else was great.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a really long time due to a very horrible experience with a past dentist and I was extremely apprehensive. The entire team at Refresh Dental in Boardman did not judge me and made me feel as if l had always been part of their dental care family regardless. For those of you, like me, who haven't seen a dentist in a long time, do it! I found out that my dental health was not near as bad as I had imagined in my mind. Try Refresh Dental in Boardman.....they made me feel very comfortable and have given me piece of mind about going forward with them for all my dental care. I am so happy that I have met this dental group.

Dr Metta is the only Dentist I have ever known who is caring, compassionate and takes the time out to talk to his patient. He makes me feel at ease which I am terrified of dentist and this is why I have destroyed my own teeth because of my fear of Dentist and past experiences but Dr Metta’s staff is the first you see when you come in so their first impression to us is a deal maker or breaker and from day one until present they are all kind, caring and all have bed side manners and you can’t learn that in college you have to already have had those qualities about you. Dr Metta and his staff at Refresh tears are awesome. Five stars plus. ❤️
