After having the same POS system for over 20 years I was very nervous about switching but Jarret took care of everything and even though we have been with him for just under two years Jarret still treats us with care and attention of a new account. We are very pleased we made the switch. We eagerly recommend Pineapple POS.
We have used Pineapple POS for over a year and a half now at Gallagher's Lunch Bucket and Touch the Moon Candy Saloon. It is a very user friendly system and Jarret does a great job of answering questions and trouble shooting any issues that may pop up over time.
Pineapple POS has been truly fantastic. Jarret is extremely responsive, and took us through setup, training, and remains readily available for assistance.With POS systems, when issues arise, it is usually at the busiest times. Jarret and his team at Pineapple have always been available. Great product from a hardware and software perspective. Truly exceptional from a customer service perspective! Highly recommend.
