We are New to this Area and I was asking Around to see where I could take my son to get his hair cut. I was so excited to hear that there was a FVDE around the area so driving an hour wasn't an issue based off of my experience going to this Establishment in Texas. However, I did not even get to take my son to his scheduled appointment before experiencing terrible customer service experience. I simply called and asked several questions in regards to the payment method issues and communication issues I was receiving. I received no response for my questions however I did receive the manager trying to interrupt me while I was talking several times and trying to blame the company and me for their issues. I am at fault because I am a victim of fraud and identity theft and I secure my card after every purchase. Yet, there is proof in the pudding that it's a YOU issue not a ME issue!!! I would not take a Dog to this Establishment. I provided my payment information. I received a confirmation code that a payment was received from me. I received a confirmation of the appointment time and location. I texted them upon confirmation the same day of the appointment almost 2 hours prior confirming payment as I lock my card after every purchase to prevent FRAUD. I called and spoke to the manager regarding this issue since I had to drive over an hour to this appointment to deal with this unprofessional individual who refused to listen to me but chose to try and talk over me while I'm trying to explain the situation to him. I have the money that's not the problem. I just wanted to better understand the process of why I received confirmation if they didn't receive the funds and why they tried to pull the funds the day of the appointment rather than when I was subjected to provide my card information in order to make the appointment as I was instructed the funds would be pulled out then. It was 2:14 pm when I texted them about receiving the payment. I was notified of them trying to pull the funds at 4:30pm. At 4:30 pm I was also informed that their was an issue with the payment as I lock my card. The appointment was at 5:15 pm today the appointment was made yesterday! That specific card after not having heard anything back from them I chose to allow the bank to discontinue my card due to fraud on an entirely different situation. As I was trying to explain this to the manager he began attempting to talk over me. I have went to FVDE BEFORE IN TEXAS and I have never been treated like this. Took my 2 year old son who absolutely hates new places and people to FVDE and Carlos did great with him! Helped him feel comfortable and gave him a great haircut. They were able to squeeze us in same day. Super friendly and patient, highly recommend 👍🏼
