On 7/19/21, I had an appointment for my windows (in/out) to be cleaned at 9:00 AM. After 30 minutes of no one showing I called the office. I was told someone forgot their wallet. Ok, that’s fine. How about a courtesy call letting me know.
Upon getting here the one guy said they had to get gas and cleaning supplies. He did apologize for being late.
Cleaning- Some of the windows look great!! However, there are finger prints on some of the windows. The window sills-(which were part of what I paid for) I had to remind them to clean( twice). Many do not look like they were touched. I had to leave before they wrapped up. So, my husband not knowing to double check that... read full review
