Our youth camp was in a tough spot with a septic tank issue that arose on a Saturday morning, of course. With over 100 kids enjoying camp, we needed help. Rob, while a good hour away, was willing to come out that day and resolve the problem to get things back up and running. So much appreciated!

I have been managing the washrack and fueling systems for the Ohio Army National Guard which entails the testing, purging and general maintenance of the numerous washrack systems we have throughout the state for almost 25 years. Bluffton is the first competent and accountable contractor we have utilized in all this time (and there have been a lot of contractors). They are so efficient and reliable, I do not even have to escort them during any repairs or pump-outs which is a huge benefit. I do not say this lightly, they are the best contractor I have ever experienced with my time at the Guard. Excellent Service – Highly Recommend!
Bluffton Aeration Service did a fantastic job pumping our septic tank. They were on time, professional, and got the job done quickly with no hassle. It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and they took the time to explain a few helpful maintenance tips as well. Pricing was very fair, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
