I have had an incredible experience since moving to Tide Cleaners last year. They are prompt, professional, clean, and they make it easy. Clothes are clean, they don’t get lost, they are always on time, and the people are incredible. Kelly went above and beyond for my family last week when we were in a pinch. (With a close friend passing, we weren’t thinking about how our clothes were sitting in a dirty hamper, until the services were scheduled and we needed them.) The lady at the Blue Ash Cincinnati store who works on weekends is very friendly and professional. I’ve used their services 5 times thus far for wash and fold and my items are always very clean , neatly folded and smells so fresh. The turn around time has always been for the next day . They have good coupons on the app and the lady applied a 25 % of coupon on my first visit and told me to use the app for deals without me even knowing or asking about discounts and coupons
I work here and my family/friends get their laundry/dry cleaning done here and they have never disappointed! They always come through with amazing coupons and try their best to get my clothes done well.
