About Run Jump-n-Play
Run Jump-n-Play is a facility that provides a fun and organized environment for kids' birthday parties and playtime. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience for parents and kids alike. The play area includes a variety of options for kids to enjoy, particularly the inflatables, which many children love. However, there are some downsides, such as restrictions on bringing in drinks and snacks, and recent issues with vending machines. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facility has been a concern, especially in the restrooms, which were reported to be unhygienic. Despite these issues, many parents have shared that their kids had a great time and are eager to return. The new location in Blue Ash is much bigger and cleaner than the previous place in Mason, and the staff continue to receive praise for their friendliness. Parents are excited about the upcoming snack bar with hot food options.
We've been here multiple times and will continue to come back. The playground environment is clean and fun for the kids. Inflatables are open on the weekends for more fun. The snack bar hasn't been open in the 6+ times we've been, so plan on bringing your own snacks and drink after you leave. *Edit- The restrooms were disgusting. Live ants were covering the floor the last time we were there.* Overall, we have a nice time when we go.
i am a caregiver for a girl with autism she absolutely loves it here and all of the workers are so friendly and make her feel so welcomed! definitely recommend to any parents with little ones and teens! anyone can truly have fun here:)
We had my son’s birthday party here this past weekend, the place was really great for the kids to play how ever. I will say I am disappointed in the way they run things. We paid a 50$ food service fee so we could bring our own food in for the party which I can understand that as a rule but then to not allow us to bring our own drinks. 1$ juice boxes is very reasonable I will say but 5$ 2-liters of pop is outrageous and double the price of what you can buy yourself while i understand this may be there policy maybe either charge more then 50$ and allow people to bring food and drinks or charge less for a food service fee. A 400$ party and they kids only get 1hr & 10...read full review
