What I think is best about Next Direct is it puts control back in the hands of the patient. Their customer service is outstanding! They help you make healthcare choices that are financially responsible. My membership paid for itself in the first 30 days. I love that I can use the secure app and text my provider anytime. I get urgent appointments immediately. It’s a great companion to a HDHP and HSA.
