Great place for focus group studies. Friendly atmosphere. The process is a breeze and payment is really fast. I recommend them to anyone who's interested in doing paid studies.
Total waste of time. Recruiter Mary Hilbert sent me a link that didn't work, never answered my calls or emails before everything began and when she did answer seemed under the influence or just extremely confused. When I informed her that I was not able to log in to the survey her immediate response was "well they won't pay you now." Lost out on an opportunity that I had taken time off for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.EDIT: Rarely do I change a negative review, but I was contacted within hours of writing this by a representative who made the situation right. Impressed.
I've been doing studies with this company for 12+ years, back when they used to give checks/cash as the payment method. I love working behind the scenes when it comes to company's development and decisions. Its nice to have your input considered with what we all love and buy/use daily.
