Dropped off my ASUS TUF gaming laptop on Monday morning with a damaged screen and picked it up on Friday afternoon with a cleaned and repaired laptop! Very kind and friendly local repair shop I have to recommend.

I've been doing business with Pyrinex for over 20 years. The level of service they offer is beyond any other computer shop. And they do so much more than just computer repairs and building. I've utilized them for servers, Networking, and large scale system design. And if you need something and they don't have it in stock they can get it. I work for a county hospital in Northern Ohio and we use them for hardware and it services. When cdw could not get us equipment, Pyrinex did and at a better price. Abi and Mo are awesome to deal with. Be assured the you are in good hands when you are working with these guys. :)

Steve worked on my computer and provided excellent service. He diagnosed my problem quickly (CPU failing), and was kind and patient with me while I was very anxious about it, as I work from home and every day without a computer is a huge problem for me. He had it back to me and running in less than 72 hours, and it only took that long because it needed a replacement part.
It's rare for me to have computer troubles I can't fix myself - I'm a software engineer - but I was completely up a creek without other hardware to test it with. Would recommend Pyrinex to anyone.
