Gray and her crew arrived on site as scheduled and went straight to work. They all knew exactly what needed to be done and in 2 hours had two trees cut down, cut up, and chipped into their truck. They ground down the stumps and left the work site clean. We couldn't have asked for more. Great job!
We had a great experience with James and Arborist Solutions! What really stood out to me is that they are not just looking to cut down problem trees. They are genuinely focused on saving trees whenever possible and doing what it takes to keep them healthy long term.
You can tell James actually loves trees and cares about preserving them. We had some landscaping work done by another company that looked great, but we later learned that the root collars of several trees had been buried, putting them at risk of rot and long-term damage. James and his team carefully helped us uncover the roots and correct the issue.

We had a tree fall over in our back yard, held up by another tree. The team that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well as easy going. I could tell they enjoyed their work and were happy to answer any questions I had. Excellent experience from initial survey through bringing down the tree. Taking the tree down was done with a high degree of control and obvious skill.
I really appreciated that they gave us the option of bringing the tree down without having it cut into sections or chipped for an overall lower cost. Other arborists did not provide this option.
