We’ve had 3 years of consistently amazing service from RW Miller. We rent, so technically it’s our landlord’s contract—but we recommend them to everyone anytime HVAC comes up.
Our building is an older early-1900s property split into residential and office units, each with separate systems, so there’s always something that needs routine maintenance or attention. Over the years, they’ve handled everything from regular servicing to installing a new heating and AC system and redoing a condensation line—and every time it’s been smooth and stress-free. I’ve been battling for a week about getting my gas turned back on after repairs needed done. R.W Miller’s went above and beyond to make sure they got it taken care of. From taking the job from a different company to coming in such short notice. The group of guys and girls are amazing and are so family oriented they truly felt how we needed fixed so quickly. I couldn’t thank them enough!!!
Needed a new furnace 9 days before Christmas! They were quick to respond and got us up and running before the holidays! They were easy to deal with and provided great service. Especially the installers! Thanks guys!
