Excellent and friendly service. They were promptly open at 8:00 am. I reserved a compactor and they had it ready. They explained the operation of the compactor and they loaded it into my truck. This is a very professional outfit. The rental price was less expensive than other rental stores.
I recently rented an aerator from Taylor Rental and it was such a smooth experience! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They showed me how to use the equipment and even made sure I had someone back home to help me get the equipment out of my car before I left so I wouldn't be stuck with no way to get it out myself safely. I will definitely rent from them again!
As a business owner I am so Grateful for Mike & the entire staff at Taylor Rental Berea. I’ve been renting from them for 23 yrs. Every time I have rented a piece of equipment from there, they have taken such good care of me.
I ve broken equipment “pictured below”, equipment broke on its own. Regardless of the situation they take care of me & both parties leave on great terms.
