I was a 50-year customer of the original Master Cleaners in Berea-- and knew its late owner and founder-- and when Cavalier bought the company I was concerned as to whether the quality of service would be maintained. Our first experience with them-- getting a linen sportcoat cleaned and pressed and a large bedspread cleaned-- was absolutely great. I think that the founder would be pleased at the continuation of a Berea tradition!

I dropped off a winter (wool) coat to be dry cleaned. They did a great job, great communication (with texts) and my coat was ready to be picked up when they said it would be. Cost around $20.
I don't know the average cost of dry cleaning but the prices seem to be a bit high. A guy ahead of me was dropping off some jeans and was told it was going to cost $25 per pair. He was pretty shocked and opted to only drop off 1 pair.
However, if you're wanting quality work with helpful & friendly people, can't go wrong by choosing Cavalier.
I especially like that they care about helping others that may be trying to better their situation (see pic included in this review).

This is the first time I've used Cavalier Cleaners. Their staff is friendly and helpful! The four pieces of clothing turned out beautifully, and I received in back in one day! I would recommend their services.
