Had a phone appointment on 6/24. The links that were sent to me to renew/reset my card were expired. I have left 4 phone messages and sent 2 “please contact me” messages. Have heard nothing. At this point I’m filing a dispute with my card company for my money back since they did nothing to earn it. Maybe this review will get their attention since they don’t return phone calls or respond to messages.

My mom has dealt with this group for 5 days now. 2 days finally with the card. We talked to the doc 4 times yesterday to make sure things were good. We get to a dispensary today and it says no rec. We call while we are there( drove 45min) and the doctor isnt in and the calling service doesnt have his hours so we wait for over an hour. Still no doctor My mom is crying and in a wheel chair outside of the dispensary The employee of the dispensary even said this is completely unacceptable. They said it shouldn't be this hard and to go somewhere else next time.

My new favorite place! Was in cleveland for a work trip and reached out to Nicole on a weekend to see if she could accommodate different hours as I wasn't sure if the appt schedule I saw was indeed correct. Not only did she get me in later but also allowed me to come back two days later for a second session. Her and her team are amazing! Great personalities, described every step of the process, and just made me feel so welcome. Even sent me on my way with a wedding gift. Loved the services and next time I'm in Cleveland, they will be my first call. Thank you ladies!!
