Went in for a cut and while. Chatting with my stylist about life things,went to pay and she wouldn’t take any money and I had to make her take a tip,Name on my receipt says Carolyn ,I highly recommend her for your next cut! She is AWESOME!this salon is on West Bagley Road in Berea ,Ohio

Great cut this last round with my regular stylist, Victoria. She wasn't available the previous time I'd been in and my cut wasn't up to my expectations. Victoria fixed the problems and all is good now!

I had a wonderful experience here! After getting a haircut I initially wasn’t satisfied with, I called the store and the manager told me come right up as soon as it works for me! I came in the next day and my bangs were fixed to perfection and the girls working really were so kind and considerate and really boosted my confidence and made me feel gorgeous! It may have just been a little fix up but I truly love my hair and have been needing a change for so long, I couldn’t be more grateful for the effort put in to make my hair perfect!
