The facility was clean an very busy. I didn't care for how the animals were kept in small cages with gravel outdoor an plastic grating on the inside. They have so many animals an no way to get them all out of the cages for any length of time. So only the ones who pay $5 extra a day for a 30 min walk. The employees were nice and efficient. Its not what I want for my dogs. I will have to look for other accommodations in the future.
Just boarded our standard poodle Kelcie with them. Was an all around tough decision for me. But was a great experience. Friendly staff, beautiful, clean facility. Just wish all of our things would have been returned to us. Other than that no complaints. Glad I have a place to trust if I ever need to leave her again.***EDIT*** Our missing items were returned! They were being washed! Again I have no complaints, was a great all around experience for us and we will be back! Thanks again!!!!
Love them!!! They have been very accommodating to us, as well as our pet. The folks that work there love the animals and do a very nice job. We've been boarding our pup there several times for both daycare as well as over-night boarding.
