I am writing this review solely on their customer service. I did not purchase a home through them. However their customer service goes Way beyond someone doing business with them. My car broke down and I had to use their parking lot. They were gracious enough to allow me in and out of the building to get water to allow my car to remained parked in their parking lot until I was able to get it towed. No questions asked. Everyone that I interacted with in the building was super nice and very helpful and I appreciate that.
The entire process of building my dream home was extremely positive. Every single person involved was so helpful and kind. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered promptly. What an amazing experience!
We were very pleased with our entire experience with Wayne Homes. Anne started us off well with a plan. Emily was very thorough and explained the construction process and design well. Each group that worked on site were respectful and worked quickly. Eric was great at keeping us updated on who would be in the house, what they did, and quick to respond to texts if we had any questions. Our home was built in almost exactly 5 months from dig date. We have lived in our home for a month now and we are still VERY pleased with it.
