Had a great experience with Wayne, the house went up from start to finish in just over three months. Mark kept us updated and did a great job organizing the build. Had a couple minor issues after completion that were addressed promptly. The amish were utilized for many of the trades who were very meticulous and did clean work.
The entire process with Wayne homes was very clear and organized. Everyone was extremely helpful along the way. Any bump in the road was addressed as soon as possible. We finished right on schedule with our build, which was 6 months. There was nothing we asked to customize that couldn’t be done! The quality of our home is much better than other builders in our area. We are in love with our forever home. Our field manager Chris was amazing to work with, and if we ever built again, we’d want it to be with Chris and Wayne Homes!
