Great experience with Nate Boggs, our sales rep. The fireplace they installed 3 months ago warms up the house much quicker and the blower is much quieter than our previous fireplace!! Thanks Nate!!!

Doug Littleton a technician from NCI in Bellville just serviced our Heat/ Glo gas fire place which we purchased from NCI in 2012. The unit has been great, We have it serviced every two years to keep it running safely. Doug did a great job, very friendly and explained what he did to the unit. Needed spray foam and ceiling blow-in for my pole barn. I got 4 estimates and had given up. I was told to contact NCI and had them come out for an estimate. They were very friendly, honest, and straight forward. They explained everything and their prices were the best I had received.

The installation process was even better. Extremely nice product.
