5 STARS From us. this is our 2nd experience with Jackson Well service. the 1st was about 8 months ago, when our well pump died on a Sunday morning. our home warranty recommended them. They came out as quickly as possible. replaced the pump and tank. no delays. they cleaned up afterwards and were courteous from the moment they arrived and when they left. Great customer service. Today we decided to have the water-softener replaced. Because of the 1st experience they were the 1st on my list to call. Same excellent service, different technician. Chase, gave me multiple options to choose from. I made the decision on the spot and he had all the equipment on his truck. he was in and out in just an hour or 2. He explained how the system works and any future maintenance that might be required. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to share his knowledge. Thank you Chase. 100% recommend. Chase and Jackson Well Services went above and beyond with our well. After a bad experience with our first well drilling company they came right in and diagnosed the problem. They had us up and running in no time. Communication was top notch and you can really tell they care about their craftsmanship. We would recommend them to anyone looking for well services.
