I love going to Curly Q. Misty has been doing my hair since I was 15. She has done my sister‘s hair and my own for our weddings and multiple events. The energy in the salon is wonderful. Feel good vibes where everyone is included and respected if you want real strong, lovely women as your hairdressers then this is the place to go. They will not let you leave unless you’re happy with their service!
Karlee does a wonderful job keeping us informed about status of our orders and when particular lights are on sale. She does great job keeping track of which light fixtures go on a certain PO. Overall we are satisfied with NuGen's customer service and quality of the products.

Levi returned my call the next business day and was able to schedule me within 2 days (my issue was not a 911, LOL). He called ahead when saw that he was running just a little behind to make his time scheduled for my home. Levi showed up, took his wet boots off (even tho he didn't need to with my hard floors) and was very kind, big smile and professional from the beginning of the appt. .... He told us what was wrong within 3-5 min of looking at the issue and it was just a filter! Very honest and personable man! I would use and refer this business to anyone having well and/or water softner issues!
